Payment Terms

2 Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest or additional fees as specified in the Service Agreement.
3 Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided unless specified in the Service Agreement. Exceptions may apply under certain circumstances, such as failure to deliver services.
4. Client Responsibilities
1 Provision of Information: You agree to provide all necessary information and materials required for the delivery of services.
2 Access: You agree to provide access to your website, social media accounts, and other necessary platforms to allow Dream Care Digital Marketing to perform the agreed services.
3 Approval and Feedback: You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables and providing timely feedback.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the business relationship.
6. Intellectual Property
1 Ownership: All content and materials created by Dream Care Digital Marketing remain the intellectual property of Dream Care Digital Marketing until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership will be transferred to the client as specified in the Service Agreement.
2 Use of Materials: You agree not to use or distribute any materials provided by Dream Care Digital Marketing for any purpose other than those agreed upon in the Service Agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dream Care Digital Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments are due immediately, and all work will cease.
9. Governing Law
